ENOUGH with the clock symbolism in Goncharov MORE red wine symbolism

unironically though the clock thing is kinda forced by people who REALLY REALLY want goncharov and andriy to be le heckin yaoi gays. the red wine is an entirely M-F (F-F if you stretch) thing so naturally tunglr filmgirlies purposely ignore it

i know this sounds like some kind of batshit radfem reading of Goncharov (I can picture it now: “the red wine symbolises the sacred blood of the wombyn’s holy cave”), but seriously both Katya and Sofia have their “red wine moment” and IMMEDIATELY begin to actualise their narrative agency

Katya goes from calling Goncharov by epithets (Lo Strangulare, Poviatnik) to just simply “agent” (as is his real relation to her), and obviously Sofia’s is a little less subtle lol
